As I grow older I find myself not willing to take a back seat to the challenges that face my students.  I strive to give quality learning experiences that will have some influence on young mold-able minds.   Recently, I had a chance to share a lime light moment with one of our Academy students.  She moved away but continued to report on line and on the phone.  She moved away but continued to want to go hunting.  She moved away and came back to let me know she was doing great and that I, in a special way, helped her experience something beyond her imagination.  Nothing like putting the pressure on a youth to succeed and seeing the results!
