The leaders in the academy sometimes get so busy we have to do two or three things at once and on the 8th day of the week. We took a different approach to our monthly meeting and training. We needed to alter the same old board room routine so after some suggestions from we decided that we would take a walk and talk. The best aspect; it would be behind a pointer and talking with 20 gauges. Our productivity went through the roof due to the fact that we wanted to get out and hunt after accomplishing our bulleted topics. It was refreshing to spend time with the guys who oversee the Camp Compass and Bullets program
